Site Evaluation and Options Report

Sometimes people have a site or location but are unsure how to proceed. Some common questions are:

• What will the City allow us to do?
• How much parking will be required?
• How large of a building can I build?
• How many dwelling units can I build?
• In the case of an existing building, what types of uses will not require significant remodeling?
• How long will it take to obtain a building permit?
• What is an adequate budget?

gary d. Cathcart Architect, provides Evaluation and Planning services to help answer these questions.
